Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · effective from 2026-09-01
This is an English translation for your convenience. The binding version is the Czech one — Obchodní podmínky. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech wording prevails.
These terms govern the use of the WiggleWick service. Please read them before you create an account — by registering you agree to them.
1. Who operates the service
The service is operated by Pavel Holkup, company ID 23566701, registered office at Za Pilou 1264, 374 01 Trhové Sviny, Czech Republic (a self-employed person registered under the Czech Trade Licensing Act, not entered in the Commercial Register). Referred to below as the operator.
Contact e-mail: support@wigglewick.com.
The subscription itself is not sold to you by the operator. The seller is Lemon Squeezy — you place the order with them, they issue your invoice and they account for the tax. Details are in clause 6.
2. What the service is and is not
WiggleWick is a record-keeping tool. It lets you record executed trades, keep notes about them, follow your portfolio and statistics, and load trade history from connected exchanges.
The service is not investment advice and not an investment recommendation. The operator provides no investment services, manages no one else's assets and issues no trading instructions. Every trading decision is yours and taken at your own risk.
The service also cannot trade or move funds on an exchange. The access keys you enter are meant strictly for reading — see clause 4.
3. User account
- You create an account by registering with an e-mail address or by signing in with Google. The details you give must be truthful.
- The account is personal. Do not share your credentials with anyone else.
- We recommend turning on two-factor authentication — on an account holding exchange keys that is not excessive caution.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account. Report any suspected misuse to us without delay.
4. Connecting exchanges and access keys
Keys to your exchange accounts are stored encrypted and used solely to download trade history.
Create keys with read-only permission only. Never allow trading or withdrawals. The operator is not liable for damage caused by your giving the service a key with broader permission than necessary.
Data loaded from exchanges may be incomplete or inaccurate — exchanges change their interfaces and their history has a limited range. It is an aid, not accounting or tax documentation.
5. Trial period
A new account gets 14 days of the subscription free, with no payment details required. Once it ends, the account is locked as described in clause 9 until you subscribe.
6. Prices and payment
- Monthly subscription: 14 € per month.
- Yearly subscription: 120 € per year (equivalent to 10 € per month).
The subscription is sold by Lemon Squeezy (the seller). You enter into the purchase contract with them, not with the operator: the seller takes the payment, issues your tax document and accounts for value added tax in the country you are in. The operator, in turn, provides the service itself and answers for how it works.
The prices stated are final and include value added tax. You will see the exact amount before you complete the order — it may differ by country according to the local tax rate.
Payment is taken in advance at the start of each period. Your card details never reach the operator; they are handled solely by the seller.
The subscription renews automatically for another period of the same length until you cancel it. We will remind you in the app before a period ends.
7. Cancelling the subscription
You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason and without any penalty. In the Subscription section you will find a link to the seller's customer portal, where the subscription is cancelled and the payment card changed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for — until then the service runs unchanged. No refund is given for the unused part of a period you cancelled yourself; this does not affect the right of withdrawal under clause 8.
8. Withdrawal within 14 days
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of entering into it, without giving a reason. It is enough to tell us by e-mail at support@wigglewick.com within that period — we will handle the withdrawal together with the seller, who will refund your payment. You may also contact the seller directly; both have the same effect and you do not have to work out who is responsible for which part.
If you expressly ask for the service to start immediately upon ordering and at the same time confirm that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, you cannot withdraw once the service has been fully provided. We will ask you for both separately during the order.
If you withdraw in time, we will return the payment received within 14 days of the withdrawal, by the same means you used to send it.
9. What happens when the subscription ends
The account is locked: you lose access to the journal, portfolio, trades and connected exchanges, and automatic downloading of exchange data stops.
- Data is not deleted and remains stored. Once you renew, you will find it unchanged.
- Even with a locked account you can sign in, manage your account and security, write to support and renew the subscription at any time.
- You can also delete your data, or the whole account, at any time with the account locked.
10. Rules of use
When using the service you must not, in particular:
- circumvent security measures or attempt to access other people's accounts and data,
- put automated load on the service beyond ordinary use,
- resell the service or make it available to third parties,
- submit content that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
An account is meant for one user and the number of records is limited for technical reasons — the limits are set so that ordinary use never reaches them.
In case of a serious or repeated breach of these rules, the operator may restrict or close the account. You will be warned beforehand unless the nature of the breach makes that impossible. In such a case we will refund the paid and unused part of the subscription proportionally.
11. Availability and liability
The operator works to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may be briefly unavailable due to maintenance or an outage at the hosting, database or exchange providers.
The operator is not liable for damage arising from trading decisions made on the basis of data shown in the service, nor for the inaccuracy of data taken from exchanges. This does not affect consumer rights from defective performance or liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
We back the data up, but we recommend keeping important records outside the service as well.
12. Defects and complaints
If the service does not work as it should, write to support@wigglewick.com or use the support form in the app. We will handle the complaint without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest. You have the right to have the defect removed and, where that is not possible, to a reasonable discount or withdrawal from the contract.
Defects of the service itself are always for the operator — we answer for it. If the problem concerns payment, an invoice or a refund, the seller handles it; feel free to write to us anyway and we will pass it on, so you do not have to sort out who is who.
13. Personal data protection
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy and in the overview of cookies we use.
14. Out-of-court dispute resolution
If you are a consumer and we cannot settle a dispute by agreement, you have the right to turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, adr.coi.cz), which is the body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
15. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, typically because the service or the law changes. We will let you know by e-mail or in the app at least 14 days in advance. If you disagree with a change, you can cancel the subscription before it takes effect; we will refund the unused part proportionally.
16. Final provisions
The contractual relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. This does not affect the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
These terms, version 1.0, take effect on 2026-09-01.
